2021 UCC Health Plan Premium Rates and Plan Enhancements


We are pleased to announce the following premium rates and plan enhancements for the 2021 plan year, effective January 1, 2021:

  • Non-Medicare Plan: 5% Increase (no change to co-pays and deductibles)
  • Pharmacy co-pays: No change
  • Dental Plan: No Change
  • Vision Plan: No Change
  • Life & and Disability Plan: No Change

As we previously announced, the new UCC Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug Plan will become effective January 1, 2021, replacing the Medicare Supplement Plan w/Rx. The new Plan offers similar benefits at 30% less than current premium rates. 

The following benefit enhancements are effective January 1, 2021:

For the Non-Medicare Plan:

Coverage of Assisted Fertilization Services

  • Coverage of medical services with a lifetime maximum of $10,000
  • Coverage of pharmacy services with a lifetime maximum of $10,000
  • Coverage available to those up to age 40
  • Subject to medical necessity policies 

As is our customary practice, churches/employers and individual plan participants will receive detailed information by mail later this Summer with applicable rates and enhancements for 2021.
