If you are a PNEC local church
youth ministry coordinator, director, minister, volunteer, etc.,
planning on attending with the youth [youth participants are at least
13 to 18 years old by the first day of the event] from your church,
please mark your calendars for the July 21-25, 2010 Mid-Atlantic
Regional Youth Event.
There will be great youth-led
worship, high energy music, distinguished speakers, 40 workshops,
Moments on the Road, old and new friendships re-newed, games, contests,
skits and MORE! If you need fund-raising ideas, or special interest for
particular workshops, please email bruce@hartmancenter.com

Registration: December 1, 2009 to February 28, 2010

Regular
Registration: March 1, 2010 to May 31, 2010 -------------------$300.00
Late
Registration: June 1, 2010 to July 1, 2010

In order to comply with M-A
RYE payment schedule, we in Penn Northeast Conference need to:
By February 19, 2010, a $50.00
non-refundable deposit, per person, with the below registration form
must be returned to the PNEC Conference Office.
By May 15, 2010, a $75.00
non-refundable deposit, per person, with the below registration form
must be returned to the PNEC Conference Office.
By June 15, 2010, a $100.00
non-refundable deposit, per person, with the below registration form
must be returned to the PNEC Conference Office.
After June 15 we will not be
accepting registrations. No participant substitutions will be allowed
AFTER July 1.
